About Xchange Xchange started out in the early 1990's as a BBS devoted to subversive activities. Now Xchange is an ISP devoted to subversive activities. Xchange is the Melbourne hub of the Australian Anarchist Network (@NET). It is a full-time internet connection and is dedicated towards providing anarchist groups and individuals connection to the information superhighway. The internet, being an international melting pot of ideas and information, is not only invaluable for political activists, but is increasingly becoming the frontier of political activism and propaganda.
